St. Patrick's Day Dinner

Here's what we had for St. Patricks Day Dinner.



I made corned beef (hubster & I LOVE it!), green mashed potatoes and we tried turnip greens. They weren't too bad, but the hubster didn't like them too much. Kids wouldn't touch it. How can they be so cute, yet so close minded about food? So sad!

Too funny! Both our boys (and Greg too)love collard greens, turnip greens, mustard greens, basically any cooked bitter green, whereas I hate them! blah. Spinach, swiss chard and kale are about it for me.

Pleased to know about this dinner party! It was my sister’s birthday last month and I had arranged a party for her at one of amazing lofty spaces in town through Eventup.com. Ordered a wedding cake and she was surprised to see all these arrangements.
