Designer Typeset Photopolymer Stamp Set

We've searched long and hard for just the right material to be able to introduce completely clear stamping. And we've found it. We're excited to announce that we now have wood-mount, clear-mount AND photopolymer stamps! The new photopolymer will be an addition to our stamp line and will appeal to all types of stampers. Our top-quality photopolymer has just enough give to create a perfectly stamped image every time and with the introduction of our firm-foam pads, let's just say they're meant for each other! Photopolymer stamps will also be unique, fun designs that will inspire you and provide more versatile options you may not see in our traditional wood- and clear-mount stamp options.

What makes them so great?

*They're entirely transparent for perfect placement every time!
*They are durable. The photopolymer material is designed to last.
*Can you say sticky? (Don't worry, in a good way.) These stamps stick amazingly well to our clear blocks.
*They're age tested. They won't yellow or cloud up over time.
*They use FDA, food-safe material. How far can you stretch your stamping creativity?

Designer Typeset Photopolymer Stamp Set - Item 132956

Includes 57 pieces for $13.95 (Don't faint! This is a good overwhelming feeling.)

So Happy To Be Picked!

Mary Jo over at Technostamper picked my card as one of her Top Three! Woo hoo! So thankful and excited. It's the little things really... maybe I need to get out more!

I have another card that I also made with that sketch. The colors were different. I will have to take a better picture of it and post it!

A Sketch Challenge

I have wanted to start participating in some sketch challenges. There are so many out there! I am a big follower of Mary Jo over at Techno Stamper and thought I would start with hers. She does a Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge. Awesome blog with some great cards. Love her work!

My intention was to post it Friday, but the kids came down with the flu and it completely slipped my mind. Here's the sketch:

And here's my card:

Stamp Set: Friendly Phrases
Ink: Basic Gray
Paper: Pirouette Pink, Whisper White, Twitterpatted DSP
Acc: Baja Breeze Pleated Ribbon (retired), 2 1/2" Circle Punch, Fancy Fold Embossing Folder, Cloudy Day Embossing Folder, Bitty Butterfly Punch. Blush Blossom Button (retired), Dimensionals, Red Line Tape

I have seen this WOW done on a previous card and wanted to try it. The butterfly on the right is punched from Baja Breeze DSP. It doesn't look like it from here though. :(

Here's what I made for my son's teacher and the secretaries in the office. These were surprisingly quick & easy. Loved that about them! I got the idea from Jill's blog. She has such a creative blog & I check it regularly for inspiration & to see what she's up to. Sorry the picture is fuzzy!

Paper: Pool Party, Pretty in Pink, Real Red, Very Vanilla, More Amore Specialty DSP

Have a GREAT Day! :)

Be Mine Valentine!

Happy St. Valentines everyone! We've been busy here making Valentine's for both kids' classes. I prefer the non candy/sugar valentines so here are the valetines each child made. They are oldies (saw them last year) but mine hadn't made them yet.

L's valentines are friendship bracelets. We found the awesome text HERE (as well as the idea and G's valentines too!).

And here are G's valentines. He was worried the girls wouldn't like the bugs, so we taped organic lollipops (from yummy earth!!) to the backs of them. I'm sure all the girls will like his Valentine.

Here he is looking quite proud of his Valentines. We had to go on a bug hunting expedition since the ones I ordered online wouldn't be here until tomorrow! :(

Hope you a wonderful day! I'm just so thankful that it will be near 50 degrees today. That's a good enough Valentine's gift to me! I remember one year it there was an ice storm. Yikes!

Toodles!

Stampin' Up! 25th Anniversary

Stampin' Up! is kicking off it's year-long 25th anniversay celebration. Here's a fun look at how they have evolved over the years.

Popout

Part of the celebration is a special anniversary stamp set each month this year that features a collection of stamps from the past 25 years -- plus one new image each time. There are perks for buying six sets during the year and the first one is about birthdays -- how fitting!

As a special incentive to collect the Best of stamps, they're including a collector's card and 25-year proof of purchase sticker (very small so keep your eyes peeled!) with every Best of set. Collect six stickers, and send it in to redeem a FREE set of your choice valued up to $14.95. Free sets must be redeemed no later than April 30, 2014.

Can you believe it's February? So happy Phil did not see his shadow. Now let's just hope his Early Spring prediction is TRUE!! I have my fingers and toes crossed.

Sale-A-Bration is in full swing this month. I really like the Designer Series Paper they are offering FREE with a $50 order. I loved last years too but this year's is more modern I think. There's also a button/ribbon combo for FREE. You get 3 spools of ribbon (Tangerine Tango, Island Indigo and Pool Party) and 3 different colors of buttons (Tangerine Tango, Rich Razzleberry and Pool Party).
